Reiki is an ancient healing art that is unique gentle and highly effective for energy balancing. It can be utilized for stress management and relaxation. Reiki is not a substitute for Medical/Psychological diagnosis and treatment. A typical reiki session lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. Reiki can positively affect all the chakras.
This Reiki Master believes all healing comes from the Light within every person.
